The Smile Makers is an non governmental organisations based in Guwahati Assam. The organisation was started by a 16 year old boy and girl named Sohan Dasgupta and Ruptrishna Das later joined by its co-founder Bhaskar Mishra. We have been impacting life's from 21st Nov, 2021. The organisation is dedicated to make a positive impact in the fields of healthcare, nutrition and women's welfare.
Mission and Vision
To create a change in the medical sector by creating health awareness in our society and also to create blood donation awareness among the youth for reducing the shortage of blood in Guwahati.
To empower our society and women through various welfare activities.
Overview of our Achievements
Fed more than 10000+ underprivileged through our food distribution program named "Chal Khilate Hai".
Provided blood donors to many needy ones.
Conducted health checkups for health awareness in some institutions and localities
Created an awareness of blood donation among more than 500 people.
Also promoted women empowerment and welfare through Sanitary pads distribution and menstruation awareness programs.
Also promoted cleanliness in localities by collaborating with other NGO's in conducting cleanliness camps and awareness programs and many more activities have been conducted.
